Job Description

CTG is seeking to fill Windows PC Deployment Technician positions for our client. Location: Remote - United States (Weekly Travel Required) Duration: 4-6 months Full -time, travel required We are seeking two dedicated Level 2 IT Technicians to support a Windows PC imaging and deployment initiative. This full-time contract role (40 hours/week, 4–6 months) involves traveling to multiple sites to image and configure Lenovo Windows PCs using standardized USB deployment tools, ensuring each system meets site and business unit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Image and configure Lenovo Windows PCs using standardized USB deployment tools
• Deploy systems to meet company and site-specific standards, including necessary applications
• Perform basic troubleshooting during deployment
• Ensure systems are fully functional post-deployment
• Document completed deployments and escalate issues as needed
• Travel to designated sites to support onsite imaging and deployment activities

Required Qualifications:

• Image and configure Lenovo Windows PCs using standardized USB deployment tools
• Deploy systems to meet company and site-specific standards, including necessary applications
• Perform basic troubleshooting during deployment

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
