The primary purpose is your growth: exposure to how an early-stage startup operates, direct mentorship from a founder, and hands-on experience across areas like growth, product, and marketing that you can build on. You'll be learning alongside us, contributing ideas, and getting a real look inside an early startup — at one of the most exciting moments, the launch. About the founder and mentorship The founder has 17+ years of experience across recruiting, HR, and people operations at startups and tech companies. Mentorship is a real part of this arrangement — you'll have direct access and genuine guidance, not a generic intern experience. A note on future opportunities As the platform grows and monetizes, we may look to bring on paid contributors. Early participants who are a strong fit will naturally be top of mind.
