- Transact land and investment (multifamily) properties -- working with land owners, builders, developers, investors.
- Training provided
- You will also have access to development deals where you can make additional money.

- This is a remote/field based role

- Active California Real Estate License
- Lives in Southern California
- Tech-comfortable: CRM tools, digital marketing, lead follow-up platforms
- Personable: Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
