Senior Amazon Consultant, Brand Growth Strategist
GNO Partners is hiring high-level Amazon consultants. We are not looking for account managers or agency operators. We are looking for experienced Amazon brand leaders who have personally managed and scaled large Amazon brands, understand the business deeply, and know how to drive meaningful growth across every part of the operation. Minimum requirement: Hands-on experience managing Amazon brands generating at least $10M+ in annual revenue. What we expect you to know:
- Advanced Amazon PPC strategy and scaling
- Organic ranking and product launch strategy
- Inventory, forecasting, and operational planning
- Pricing, contribution margin, TACOS, and full P&L thinking
- Listing optimization and conversion rate improvement
- Amazon ecosystem understanding from a true operator perspective
What the role actually looks like:
- Lead strategic consulting calls with clients
- Build clear growth roadmaps based on deep account analysis
- Think and advise like an owner, not like an agency manager
- Help brands solve complex Amazon challenges
- Push clients toward execution and accountability
- Work closely with a team of elite Amazon operators
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing large Amazon brands
- Experience managing at least $50K+/month in PPC spend
- Strong Seller Central and Amazon Ads expertise
- Fluent English
- Full-time remote
- Highly analytical, strategic, and commercially minded
Compensation: Yearly total pay: $250,000–$350,000+, based on performance and Revenue Share (no cap). Includes:
- Base salary
- Monthly revenue share
- Performance upside with no earning ceiling
