Senior Immigration Legal Assistant Contract/ Remote
BILINGUAL LEGAL ASSISTANT (CONTRACT POSITION) Immigration Law | Remote | Spanish Preferred | High Hours Available World One Law Group is seeking a highly organized, bilingual Legal Assistant to support our fast-growing immigration law practice on a contractor basis. This is a high-volume role with substantial available hours for the right person. We are looking for someone who is: ✔ Extremely organized ✔ Compassionate with clients ✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment ✔ Tech-savvy and detail-oriented ✔ Fluent in English and Spanish ✔ Able to handle emotionally sensitive situations professionally THIS ROLE MAY INCLUDE:
- Client communication and follow-up
- Assisting with immigration intake
- Organizing case documents and evidence
- Helping prepare filing packets
- Scheduling and calendar coordination
- CRM and case management support
- Translating and communicating with Spanish-speaking clients
- Following up on missing documents
- Assisting attorneys and paralegals with active cases
- Helping clients navigate stressful immigration situations
