Location: California (Fully Remote or Bay Area Office or Los Angeles Option) Salary: $125,000 – $185,000 depending on experience Billables: 1,850 annually A respected California litigation firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate to join its defense-side practice, handling construction defect, personal injury, and insurance coverage matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex defense litigation cases while benefiting from a flexible remote work environment and a collaborative litigation team. The Role You will handle a variety of civil defense litigation matters, including:
- Construction defect litigation
- Personal injury defense cases
- Insurance coverage disputes
- Complex civil litigation matters involving corporate and institutional clients

Requirements
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in construction defect, personal injury defense, or insurance coverage litigation

- Licensed to practice law in California
Preferred Experience
- 3–7 years of progressive litigation experience
- Experience handling defense matters for large corporate or institutional clients
