Shopify Developer to Build Subscription-Based Store from Scratch (Long-Term)

I'm launching a subscription-based ecommerce brand and need a Shopify expert who can both build the store AND help me think through the entire launch strategy from A to Z. This is not a "here's a Figma file, go build it" kind of project. I need someone who can sit in both seats: consulting on the right decisions (platform choices, subscription tools, payment processors, checkout optimization) while also executing the build at a high level.Here's the situation: I have a product and an idea. I also have a proven reference store that's already performing well in this space. You'll get full access to study it. The goal is to model our store after what works, while building a completely original brand around it. What I don't have yet is the store, the brand identity, or the infrastructure. That's where you come in. What I need: A to Z roadmap: Help me map out the full journey from "I have a product and an idea" to "we have a live, converting subscription store." I want your strategic input on sequencing, priorities, and what matters most at each stage. Full Shopify store build: homepage, product pages, checkout flow, all key pages. Modeled after a high-converting reference store I'll share with you Brand identity from scratch: logo, name, color palette, typography. Cohesive, premium,trustworthy. Subscription and payment strategy: we already have Stripe, but I need your expertise on the best subscription tool (Recharge, Bold, Skio, Loop, etc.) and whether Stripe is even the right processor for our setup. I want informed recommendations, not just app installs. Conversion-focused design: clean, fast, built to sell. No stock themes with a logo swap. Why this is different from other Shopify gigs: This is a consulting + execution hybrid. You'll have real input on how this brand gets built, not just what it looks like. I value expertise and I want someone who will tell me "that's a bad idea, here's why" when it matters. This is also long-term. After this store launches, I'll be testing new landing pages, building additional stores, and scaling what works. If we work well together, expect consistent ongoing work.
