Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through:
- Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
- Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
- Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Managing time and tasks effectively, with a focus on multitasking and task prioritization
- Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
- Comfort working from home, with a dedicated and private workspace
- Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude
- A minimum of 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, are highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.
