Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Chat assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions and providing sales links and offers
  • Offering discounts and promotions to customers
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Working independently to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer interactions

Contract Length and Rate

We offer a flexible contract with no fixed term, allowing you to work as much or as little as you like. Our competitive hourly rate ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on your experience and performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Care Social Media Assistant, you will need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for social media
  • 5+ hours of availability per week
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online chat tools

Hours and Location

As a Remote Customer Care Social Media Assistant, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a minimum of 5 hours per week and a maximum of 40 hours per week. We prefer candidates based in the United States, but we welcome applications from candidates worldwide.
