The Role

As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a vital role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You'll also have the opportunity to upsell additional benefits to customers who express interest, but only if they desire to do so. This is not a cold-calling role, and you'll work directly with union associations to provide personalized support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation
• Upsell additional benefits to customers who express interest, but only if they desire to do so
• Collaborate with union associations to provide personalized support and ensure seamless communication
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and benefits provided
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements for Consideration:

• Fluency in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
