Your Core Responsibilities

As a Text-Based Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries through live chat and email using a browser-based dashboard
  • Resolving order issues, subscription updates, and billing concerns using templates
  • Escalating technical issues to Tier 2 teams when needed
  • Maintaining accurate summaries for each conversation
  • Delivering consistent, friendly communication across multiple tickets

Training Program

* Onboarding Video Modules: 2 hours of comprehensive training

  • Practice Tickets: 3 chat/email tickets with guidance
  • First Shift Monitoring: By a QA lead
  • Go Live: In 3–5 business days

Example Shift Breakdown

* 5 PM–10 PM Shift: Help a user reset their password, update billing for a subscription, and track a package with a delayed delivery.

  • 22 Tickets Closed: In 5 hours, all text-based.
