Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries

Application and Certification Process

- Pass a background and credit check, with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form

Program Metrics Requirements

Availability
