Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. You'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, conflict resolution, and automotive industry expertise.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus! Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Reliable and secure internet access, as well as a conducive and quiet workspace with minimal distractions.
  • Location in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry software and systems, including labor guides and part pricing.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation techniques.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
