Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide sound solutions.

Application and Certification Process

• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor for the background/credit check.
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement and complete a W9 form.
• Complete any additional requirements specific to the program you choose to participate in.

arenaflex Independent Contractors choose their own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks and dictating when and how often they commit to servicing our clients. Client call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with several clients offering 24/7 call availability.
