Job Summary
As a Data Entry Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate and efficient records, supporting our administrative and customer service operations. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting and updating information in our proprietary systems, ensuring the integrity and completeness of data. Your attention to detail and data management skills will be essential in supporting our cross-functional teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring the integrity and completeness of data in our systems. - Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related inquiries, providing effective communication and problem-solving skills. - Data Security and Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols, ensuring the protection of sensitive information. - Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including tasks such as data management, reporting, and analysis. - Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance data management and customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Data Entry and Typing Skills: Strong data entry and typing skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently input and update information in our proprietary systems. - Computer Software and Database Proficiency: Proficient in using computer software and databases, including our proprietary systems. - Attention to Detail and Organizational Abilities: Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Effective Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address data-related inquiries. - Previous Experience: Previous experience with NetSuite is preferred, as well as previous experience in a data entry or administrative role.
Working Conditions
This is a part-time, contract-based position with a flexible schedule. The work will be primarily performed in a comfortable office environment, with occasional opportunities for remote work. Some light physical demands, such as sitting for extended periods, may be required.

The target pay rate for this position is $17.50 per hour.
