Key Responsibilities
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices for completed services. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.
Application and Certification Process
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
- Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
Program Metrics Requirements

Availability
