Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline representative and image of our company, handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customer needs are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
  • A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of transportation industry or related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
