Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you'll have the chance to grow and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Resolving complex customer issues, including lost or stolen accounts, and other sensitive matters
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associates Degree preferred
  • 3 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • High-speed internet connection (wired) with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and upload speeds
  • Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 16 or higher) smartphone
  • Unlimited minutes on a smartphone or landline phone

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and issue resolution

  • Knowledge of banking and financial services, with a focus on customer service and account management
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
