Key Responsibilities
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing virtual customer service support across multiple industries. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
- Providing a high-level of customer service
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Basic typing skills and computer literacy
- Strong customer service and written skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based pay and incentives, as well as access to a range of benefits and perks, including:

Application and Certification Process
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

- Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor)
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
Availability and Scheduling
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and industries.
