Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Technical Trainer to join our Training and Development team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that equip our customer-facing teams with the technical knowledge and skills they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Technical Trainer at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our customer-facing teams
- Delivering training sessions to groups of varying sizes, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats
- Creating engaging and interactive training content, including presentations, videos, and interactive simulations
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and refine training content
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective
- Building strong relationships with our customer-facing teams to understand their needs and preferences
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, training, or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Master's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Certification in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, such as customer service or sales
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
