About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at the arenaflex Centurion Lounge in DEN Airport. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering superior service to our premium customers, acting as ambassadors of the arenaflex brand. Your passion for delivering extraordinary service will make a significant impact on our customers' experiences, helping us to build long-term relationships and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Create innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, ultimately building brand loyalty
- Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance our customers' experiences
- Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to support our customers' needs
- Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience, is preferred
- Passion for delivering proactive solutions to customers
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
- The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction
- Utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
- The ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing situations, prioritizing the customer experience
- Resourcefulness and ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
- Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
- Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks
