Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the USA. As a key member of our Corporate Extortion Prevention program, you will be responsible for identifying and preventing fraudulent payments to merchants worldwide. You will work closely with our global teams to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop strategies to prevent extortion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct complex examinations, deep dives, and special projects on time while delivering proposals and findings to senior leaders and partners

• Audit digital evidence, records, and other sources of data to identify potential fraudulent activities
• Gather, investigate, and preserve evidence for reference to legal or law enforcement agencies
• Summarize evidence, facts, and next steps to leaders at all levels in regular business updates
• Conduct interviews with witnesses and key individuals to support investigations (both remote and in-person)
• Drive efficiency across teams that support investigations by creating efficient processes and meeting objectives
• Identify new extortion schemes and MOs to develop models and frameworks that detect and prevent extortion
• Practice judgment and objectivity in a high-pressure environment to raise instances of extortion
• Demonstrate effective writing skills through clear, concise, and compelling narrative creation that reports complex extortion investigations, new program ideas, and regular senior leadership updates
• Understand and follow arenaflex's policies and procedures on receipt processing and exchange handling for Corporate sellers at the highest levels of control

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about data analysis and prevention.

Essential Capabilities:

* Four-year degree in a relevant field, such as Fraud Criminology, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, Math, Knowledge, Finance, Legal Studies, or Policing

• 6+ years of experience in fraud investigation or related fields
• 5+ years of experience leading start-to-finish investigations
• Experience with coding in SQL
• Strong analytical skills with experience exploring large datasets
• Strong leadership and logical skills with the ability to work across geographies to meet team goals
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues

Preferred Capabilities:

* Professional certification (CPA, CIA, PMP, CFE)

• Experience with criminological data analysis, data visualization, or data mining techniques to identify patterns of extortion
• Experience working in a high-pressure environment with a high level of uncertainty
• Direct management of remote or globally distributed teams
• Work experience in public accounting, internal audit, or external audits, and SOX compliance practice
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience conducting interviews with witnesses and individuals of interest

* Previous sales or customer experience preferred
