Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Team Member Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet connection, to provide a seamless and personalized experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Team Member Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed
- Researching and troubleshooting problems and providing resolutions by using available resources
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Following up with customers, when necessary
- Documenting customer contacts, as required
- Developing a thorough understanding of arenaflex policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Work Experience: 6+ months experience in a customer service-related role required
- Omni Channel Contact Center Experience: Experience in an Omni Channel Contact Center environment preferred
- Work at Home Experience: Previous Work at Home experience preferred
- Skills:
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals, both internally and externally + Ability to maintain the customer's perspective as a driving force behind activities + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills + Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized + Proficiency with relevant computer applications (e.g., Google Chrome, Oracle Service Cloud, Order Management System, Workday, Kronos) + Ability to toggle multiple web browsers, with dual monitors + Excellent keyboarding skills + Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team setting + Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices + Familiarity with arenaflex product lines preferred + Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) a plus
Home Office Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to meet the following home office requirements:
- Internet: Broadband internet connection (Cable, DSL, or Fiber) must be in place before starting
- Speed: Minimum download speed of 5.0 MBPS (preferably 75+)
- RAM: At least 4 GB of available RAM
- Data Usage: 1024 GB (1 Terabyte)
- Hardware: 1 compatible headset, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cord, and a computer system will be provided
Physical Requirements & Attendance
To perform the duties of this role, you will need to meet the following physical requirements and attendance expectations:
- Acceptable Level of Hearing and Vision: Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
- Adherence to Company Policies: Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
- Availability: Available to work weekends and all holidays except for Christmas Day
