What We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced billing or call center representatives who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and medical billing solutions. As a Medical Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Representing our hospital clients' billing office and providing empathetic and elite customer service to patients
- Explaining complex medical bills and providing affordable payment plans to patients
- Working from home or in our Aurora office location, using our internal software program, client systems, and other tools to effectively make and take inbound and outbound calls
- Collaborating with teammates to support and help fellow reps, providing outstanding customer service, and taking payments by phone
- Accurately documenting all calls and follow-ups in our software systems, using your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail
- Continuously improving, with supportive coaching/feedback from your manager and team leads, and ongoing training
What You'll Get
As a Medical Billing and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:
- A consistent Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 schedule, with 15-minute a.m. break, 30-minute lunch break, and 15-minute p.m. break
- Base pay plus monthly performance bonuses averaging $100-$400+ a month ($1,200-$4,800+ annually)

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 50 mbps download and 15 upload network speeds (you can use www.speedtest.net to test this out)
- Call center experience preferred
- Demonstrated history of good retention
- Healthcare billing experience preferred
- Prior work from home experience preferred
- Basic technical savviness skills with the ability to learn multiple Electronic Medical Records, software programs, payment portals, and call programs in a fast-paced environment
