Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and operational excellence through data analysis, reporting, and visualization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
* Perform operational reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and suitable modeling to drive business growth and improvement
- Develop assessment frameworks for the organization to invest in various continuous development initiatives
- Contribute to business decisions by presenting insightful analysis and methodical attention to the end-to-end impact on systems, equipment, and ongoing support requirements
- Identify opportunities and drive automation in current support processes
- Develop ad-hoc business analysis and present findings to senior management on strategic decisions and deliberate future initiatives
- Facilitate business evaluations with data analysis and follow-through with business leaders on actionable items
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration)
- Advanced understanding of Excel, including data analysis, visualization, and modeling
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
- Expertise in SQL/Quicksight (or equivalent Amazon relevant data sources)
