We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team as a Union Benefits Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions, and helping them navigate the benefits process. As a Union Benefits Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from police departments to teachers, and everything in between. Your primary responsibility will be to educate our members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, and to help them make informed decisions about their benefits. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our sales team to identify opportunities for additional benefits, and to help our clients achieve their goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions and helping them navigate the benefits process
- Educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation
- Work with our sales team to identify opportunities for additional benefits and to help our clients achieve their goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in benefits regulations
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new benefits programs and services
- Provide training and support to new team members
Requirements for Consideration
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:- Flexible hours
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required)
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
