As the Face of arenaflex, You Will:
* Interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs.
- Greet customers as they start and end their journey, and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
- Offer a pleasant, professional, assured, and insightful service to help resolve customer travel issues and make their experience memorable.
- Work collaboratively with others, assisting your colleagues, and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and retention.
- Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even when we've inconvenienced a customer.
- Working every day with a safety mentality, ensuring we maintain ourselves and each other to the highest standards.
- Navigating challenges through being steady but adaptable, retaining composure, and managing issues without taking customer frustration into view.
- Running collaboratively with others, assisting your colleagues, and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies.
Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Age:
Minimum of 18 years old.
Technical skills:
Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
Physical ability:
Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
Airport requirements:
Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
Work authorization:
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Attendance and appearance:
Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
