Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customer queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Processing customer orders, returns, and account updates with precision and attention to detail

Qualifications
