Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote data entry team as part-time, work-from-home Data Entry Clerks. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records in arenaflex's data management systems
  • Verifying and cross-checking data for accuracy and completeness
  • Organizing and categorizing information based on predefined guidelines
  • Performing routine data audits to ensure data integrity
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather and validate necessary data
  • Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Following company policies and procedures to maintain data security

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors
  • Excellent typing speed (minimum of 40 WPM) and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is a plus

Experience

We're looking for individuals with:

  • 1+ years of experience in data entry or administrative work
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's content management systems or database software is an advantage

Working Hours

This is a part-time, flexible hours opportunity with approximately 15-25 hours per week. Your work schedule may vary based on project needs, but you must be available to meet deadlines.
