Key Responsibilities:

- Assist members with insurance coverage questions, prescription refills, billing concerns, and account inquiries, providing clear and concise information to resolve their issues.
- Navigate arenaflex systems to locate account information, process updates, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring that customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, using this information to improve our services and better meet customer needs.
- Follow company policies and privacy regulations, ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times, and maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex cases when needed, working together to find solutions and provide exceptional service.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction, continually striving to improve our services and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (some college or healthcare-related coursework preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, online forms, and data entry, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
