A Day in the Life: Flying High from Your Home Office

Imagine starting your workday by simply logging into your company-provided computer from your quiet, home office in the Philippines. Given our U.S. based operations, your shift will likely be during the evening or graveyard hours in the Philippines, perfectly aligning with a stable and consistent schedule. Your first call comes in—a family needs to add a pet to their upcoming flight reservation. You greet them with a warm, "Welcome to arenaflex!" and a friendly tone. You patiently guide them through the process, answering their questions about policies and fees with a positive attitude. You successfully complete the task, all while ensuring the Customer feels confident and excited about their trip. Between calls, you might check in with your virtual team, send a brief email to a Supervisor for support on a complex issue, or review a new policy update. Your day is dynamic, challenging, and incredibly rewarding, as you are empowered to make a real difference in people's travel plans, one conversation at a time, all while soaking up the supportive and fun-LUVing culture of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be a Champion for Our Customers: As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Customers, responsible for providing high-quality support across various communication channels.

  • Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to Customers' needs and challenges, then use your critical thinking skills and company resources to find effective and lasting solutions.
  • Information & Guidance: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about flight schedules, booking policies, baggage fees, and other services.
  • Detailed Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document all Customer interactions and case details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your fellow team members and supervisors to share insights, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to a positive and supportive virtual team environment.

Essential Qualifications:

* Exceptional English Communication Skills: A clear, confident, and professional communication style, both verbally and in writing.

  • Self-Motivation & Time Management: The discipline to work independently, manage your own schedule, and stay focused and productive in a remote setting without direct supervision.
  • Adaptability: The airline industry is dynamic and ever-changing. You must be adaptable to new policies, procedures, and technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting.

  • Familiarity with airline operations and policies.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
