Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, from flight bookings and cancellations to baggage issues and travel policies. If you're a tech-savvy, dependable, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding flight bookings, schedules, and travel policies
  • Resolve issues related to reservations, cancellations, refunds, and baggage in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain professionalism in high-stress or time-sensitive situations, even when dealing with difficult customers
  • Accurately document interactions in customer service systems to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department to ensure timely resolution
  • Meet daily performance targets, including call resolution and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred

  • Prior experience in customer support or call center is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and preferences
  • Ability to multitask using CRM software and airline systems, with a high level of technical proficiency
  • Must have a quiet home office setup and reliable high-speed internet to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
