Information & Guidance:

Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services, and policies. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, helping customers make informed decisions and get the most out of their experience with our company.

Documentation:

Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions and case details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Maintaining detailed records is crucial for ensuring continuity and a high quality of service.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with your fellow team members and supervisors to share insights, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
