Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Interpreting and entering prescription orders with accuracy and speed
• Profile-only data entry to ensure seamless medication management
• Providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email to our community and resident clients
• Investigating and resolving community and/or resident issues in a timely and professional manner
• Adjudicating insurance claims to ensure accurate reimbursement
• Leading by example, adhering to our CORE Values and Behavior Standards
• Encouraging teamwork and promoting our company philosophy
• Attending required company meetings and staying up-to-date with industry compliance requirements
• Completing all required courses in adherence with our PRS compliance system
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees and clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Certification and licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
• Knowledge of FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack systems is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and work with others
• A professional demeanor and appearance, with excellent customer service skills
• Highly organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
• A motivated, punctual, and reliable team member with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

* Must be available to work evening shifts, 12:30 p.m.- 9 p.m. CST
