Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Revenue Strategy & Operations team, driving business growth and success through strategic planning, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. As a Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement revenue growth strategies, drive business outcomes, and optimize sales operations.

Responsibilities

As a Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Business Process Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Finance, to develop and implement business processes that drive company confidence in annual goals.
  • Weekly Business Cadence: Drive the business forward through operating information and cadence, including weekly revenue calls.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead proactive strategic projects that enable sales leaders to better operate their teams, resulting in quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Market Data Analysis: Leverage first and third-party market data to create new sales programs and refine go-to-market strategies across all segments of arenaflex's ads business.
  • Demand Side Growth Acceleration: Develop a playbook for rapidly ramping sales teams and provide measurement, data, and operating insights to leaders.
  • Market Opportunity Identification: Overlay a market opportunity view with the internal view to identify opportunities for new pockets of revenue.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Advertising Experience: A strong background in advertising, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Executive Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and success.
  • Sales and Business Operations Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales and business operations, with a strong understanding of sales processes and operations.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problems-solving ability, with a strong attention to detail and ability to drive results.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior Startup Experience: Prior startup experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • International Experience: International experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of global markets and cultures.

Pay Transparency

We're committed to pay transparency and fairness. This role is eligible for a base salary range of $232,500 - $325,500 USD, with additional compensation in the form of equity and commission. Final offer amounts will be determined by multiple factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
