What You Will Do

As a Native Japanese Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meeting team KPIs and ensuring high-quality support delivery
  • Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends
  • Securing sensitive customer information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Communicating with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native Japanese and English communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Personal or professional experience in the crypto industry (a must)
  • Analytical and research skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have

* Experience with CRM systems (a plus)
