Job Summary
As a Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist - PrePaid, you'll be responsible for providing high-level customer service, resolving complex customer issues, and navigating multiple computer systems to find solutions. You'll work closely with various arenaflex departments to resolve more complex customer or technology issues, and you'll be expected to obtain a thorough knowledge of our products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, systems, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and professional manner
- Research and resolve problems and errors, including those related to fraud support and internet operations
- Act as a liaison between customers and various arenaflex departments to resolve more complex customer or technology issues
- Obtain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, systems, and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and arenaflex policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 months of customer service or related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Proven time management skills and ability to multitask
- Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers
- Good communication skills, including speaking clearly, articulately, and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies
Preferred Skills/Experience
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in a fast-paced contact center environment
- Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance
