Experienced Chat Brand Representative – Gaming Industry Expert

Responsibilities and Duties
As a Chat Brand Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Being a brand ambassador – share your love and expertise for the game and brand with customers
- Owning and using our products and services to provide authentic advice and support
- Familiarizing yourself with our brand site and media, as well as competitor products and services
- Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide informed recommendations
- Showing empathy and understanding to customers in stressful situations, providing a positive and supportive experience
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Avid gaming experience, with a focus on console gaming (Xbox, PlayStation, and/or Nintendo)
- Passion for online gaming and current online gaming experience
- Experience setting up and using wired and wireless headsets, as well as other gaming peripherals
- Proficiency in modern technology, including web search and navigation
- Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm) and the ability to communicate clearly in text form
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding

Compensation and Perks
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll enjoy:

Technology Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A computer with a Chrome browser (desktop or laptop – tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
- A stable internet connection (we suggest at least a consistent 10mbps)
- Reliable sound output (this can either be through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets)
