Independent Workforce Consultant — AILCN Consultant Network
AILCN is now accepting applicants for its June consultant cohort, including a live virtual bootcamp held June 30. AILCN is expanding its network of independent consultants working with mid-market organizations on workforce performance, leadership effectiveness, AI readiness, organizational alignment, and operational capability. This is not a traditional training delivery role. It is not a content creation role. It is for commercially minded HR, L&D, OD, training, leadership development, workforce strategy, or business operations professionals who want to build or expand an independent consulting practice using a structured methodology and platform-supported delivery model. AILCN consultants use a 10-KPI workforce methodology covering areas such as turnover, engagement, succession, capability, performance, learning, leadership, culture, compensation, and organizational health. The goal is simple: help organizations diagnose workforce issues, advise leaders, and connect people strategy to measurable business outcomes. Important Date

- Format: Live virtual cohort

Qualified consultants may gain access to:
- A structured workforce consulting certification
- A 10-KPI diagnostic methodology
- ExpandPro, the operating platform behind AILCN
- Tools for workforce assessment, client diagnostics, reporting, and advisory delivery

AILCN is built around the principle of Service as a Software: consulting services should be productized, repeatable, measurable, benchmark-supported, and operationalized through software. Ideal Candidate You are likely a strong fit if you have real organizational experience, understand how workforce issues affect business performance, and want to advise clients with more structure, stronger diagnostics, and clearer business relevance. You do not need to be an AI expert. You do need to be AI-curious, commercially open, and willing to operate with accountability. Engagement Type This is an independent consultant network opportunity, not a salaried employment position. Consultants are expected to build, manage, and grow their own client relationships with support from the AILCN methodology, platform, and network.
