Finance Manager - Healthcare Required (Practice Management) - $130k-150k
LHH is seeking a Finance Manager for a growing, private equity-backed healthcare services organization. This individual will partner closely with operational leadership and senior finance executives to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, operational analysis, and integration activities across a multi-site environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong FP&A and accounting foundation, experience supporting operational leaders, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven organization. Job Responsibilities:
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple business units
- Analyze financial and operational performance, including KPI tracking, productivity metrics, and cost management initiatives
- Prepare financial reporting packages, variance analysis, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
- Partner with accounting during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assist with financial modeling and ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Monitor financial controls, compliance, and data integrity across reporting processes
- Partner with operational leadership and physician groups to provide financial guidance and performance insights
- Support acquisition analysis, financial integrations, and post-acquisition performance tracking
- Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Supervise and develop finance support staff as needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, and/or accounting experience
- Experience within healthcare, physician services, or multi-site operations strongly preferred
- Prior experience supporting private equity-backed organizations and M&A integrations highly desired
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills with experience managing and analyzing large data sets
- Experience creating executive reporting packages and board-level materials
