As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enter and maintain utility account information with high accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data entry processes, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
  • Verify account eligibility and accessibility for customers: Provide exceptional customer service by verifying account eligibility and accessibility, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute work orders and mass communications: Coordinate the preparation and distribution of work orders and mass communications, with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
  • Assist with the mailing of billing statements and notices: Support our mailing operations by assisting with the preparation and distribution of billing statements and notices.
  • Conduct monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes.
  • *What's Required (Qualifications)**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist: Proven experience in data entry or typing, with a focus on high-volume operations.
  • Ability to pass computer skills, typing accuracy, and 10-key skills testing: Demonstrate your proficiency in computer skills, typing accuracy, and 10-key skills through our testing process.
