Lead Frontend React Developer Experience: 12–15+ Years (Frontend / UI Development Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time (W2 Only) Location: USA (Hybrid / Onsite) Work Authorization: H4 EAD, L2S, GC EAD, Green Card, US Citizen Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Frontend React Developer to architect and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications for enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript, frontend architecture, and UI performance optimization, along with strong leadership experience driving frontend engineering initiatives. This role requires ownership of frontend architecture, component design, scalability, performance optimization, and UI engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead frontend architecture strategy using React.js.
- Design and develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable component-based UI systems.
- Build enterprise-grade applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Implement advanced state management solutions (Redux / Context API).
- Optimize frontend performance including lazy loading, rendering, and code splitting.
- Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs and microservices.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and frontend development processes.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor frontend developers, and guide technical decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Backend, and DevOps teams.
