Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for converting PDF documents into editable Excel or Word formats with a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities

PDF Conversion: Convert PDF files into editable Excel or Word documents while ensuring accuracy and formatting consistency.

  • Data Verification: Verify data to ensure that there are no discrepancies or errors during the conversion process.
  • File Management: Organize and manage files and documents effectively for easy retrieval and access.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates on task completion and work progress to supervisors.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF conversion tools.
