Job Summary

As a Bilingual (Japanese) Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our local channel partners and their advertising partners. You'll provide thought leadership, expert guidance, and exceptional customer service to ensure our clients' success. With a strong focus on quality, risk management, and customer satisfaction, you'll be the voice of the customer and a brand ambassador for arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Review marketing materials against established guidelines and brand standards, entering results into a database and communicating findings to advertisers

  • Collaborate with clients and customers (primarily via phone, chat, and email) to understand their marketing needs and provide proactive support
  • Maintain accurate profile and communication records, recognizing and reporting on support and actions provided
  • Coach customers and advertising partners in creating and submitting brand-enhancing content and program-abiding documentation
  • Participate in idea-sharing and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and improvement
  • Provide ongoing feedback, both internally and externally, to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Perform website functionality checks and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with program guidelines
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field
  • Less than 1 year of marketing or advertising experience (entry-level)
  • Some remote-work experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Established technical competence, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional client and customer service skills
  • Ability to organize work, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional ability to work within a team environment

What We Offer

* Competitive salary range of $37,000 - $45,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and internal equity, in compliance with Hawaii state law
