Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and multilingual professional to join our growing global support team at arenaflex. As a key point of contact between our company and our international customers, you'll provide top-tier assistance, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a positive customer experience across diverse markets. If you're fluent in English and at least one additional language (such as Spanish, French, German, or Mandarin), and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media in both English and one other language, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and timely.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives in a professional and courteous manner, always striving to exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is always available.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate departments while following up to ensure resolution, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staying updated on company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to clients, showcasing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Assisting with translations of documentation, FAQs, and support material as needed, leveraging your language skills to enhance customer experience.
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution targets, consistently demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with customers.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly, including CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, help desk, or contact center environment, although freshers with excellent bilingual communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
