Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Banker at arenaflex, you will be the face of our branch, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and growing our customer base. You will be the go-to expert for our customers, providing guidance and support on a wide range of financial products and services. Your passion for customer service, sales, and relationship-building will shine through in everything you do, from resolving customer issues to identifying new opportunities to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
- Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
- Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
- Proven track record of sales success and relationship-building
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Familiarity with banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and credit cards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
