About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service experience. You'll be responsible for dispatching service technicians, answering incoming service calls, resolving customer issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
- Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician's schedule as needed
- Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements
- Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
- Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
- Being a good teammate to coworkers
- Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a call center environment
- Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for making customers happy
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Detail-oriented and proactive thinking skills
Remote Work Requirements:
* arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone
- Candidates must provide:
+ High-speed internet + A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting hourly rate: $17-20 per hour, negotiable based on experience
- Commission opportunities: average an additional $100-$1000+ per month
