Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their patients
- Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Accurately document call details, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication
- Communicate clearly and professionally, articulating complex information in a concise and compassionate manner
- Meet team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily, driving excellence in everything you do
What You Bring to the Table

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to navigate complex situations and build rapport with clients and colleagues

- Proficiency in Computer Applications: Familiarity with computer software and technology, including typing at least 25 WPM

- Previous Healthcare Experience: A plus, but not required; we're committed to training and development
Job Requirements
* Age: 18 years or older
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a minimum of 1 year at a single job
- Attendance: Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days
- Internet Connection: Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Work Area: Secure, private work area at home
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends
