Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving their concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our Selling Team, field partners, and Direct Customers to ensure seamless communication, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive relationship with our clients. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide sales and sales support interactions, and resolve basic problems via phone, email, and Teams chat.

  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Document customer issues, identify root causes, and take appropriate actions to resolve inquiries, including those related to order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and customer-facing applications.
  • Actively redirect incoming callers to self-service options, promoting customer autonomy and reducing call volumes.
  • Perform proactive outbound follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Process orders and other related voice and non-voice tasks as needed to meet client needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required; experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is also a plus, but not required.
  • Self-starter with excellent customer service skills, able to select and apply standard policies and procedures.
  • Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on time management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong vocabulary, proper grammar, and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements for Working From Home

• A private and secure space to work uninterrupted by others in the home.

  • Must connect to the internet with a CAT 7 Ethernet cord or higher; WiFi connections are not allowed.
  • All equipment needed for the job will be provided, but not the Ethernet cord.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $14.50 per hour.

  • Eligible for arenaflex's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of arenaflex's applicable plans.
