Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and multichannel systems. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your expertise, empathy, and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Interpret and explain detailed information about processes and procedures to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our products and services.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects, contributing to the development of new processes and procedures that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to new and rapidly changing situations, prioritizing tasks and adjusting to shifting customer needs.
  • Provide support beyond standard hours as needed, if call volume and/or workload require additional time.

What You Need

Required

+ At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. + High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer relations. + Experience with Salesforce and/or Systems Applications & Products (SAP), with a solid understanding of CRM and ERP systems. + Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred

+ Associates or Bachelors Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications. + 3 or more years of Customer Service and Order Entry experience, with a strong understanding of order management processes and procedures. + Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), with a solid understanding of supply chain management and logistics. + Experience with PowerBI and/or Genesys, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $20.08 – $32.87 per hour, based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
